This issue can't be unique to CS & CSOS. It should be relevant to
anyone using LMS who (for reasons unknown to me) allows automatic
scanning but regularly shuts off the NAS or other music source. No idea
how much influence this group has on LMS tweaks, but a possible solution
to this is to add a tickbox to the database scan that allows the user to
tell LMS to add any new files, but don't delete any old files just
because it can't find them at the moment.
