I've added an experimental new feature to git. This allows a delay during which silence is sent to the dac when switching sample rates in the same way as when switching between dop and pcm.
At present the delay is specified after a colon on the -r parameter, but I want to think how to do this better. So if you want to add a delay, but would not normally use -r, then add "-r :100" for a delay of 100ms when switching sample rates.
