This is only going to work for the DSD to PCM case as in the DoP case
there's no easy processing which can be done to apply any gain.  What
tag formats are you adding in foobar - this would need supporting in the
server's scanner as well as compatible processing in squeezelite.  To
you know if the tags you are adding are common place?
