Thanks for your continued interest in piCorePlayer - and I'm very sorry for not answering your question. The reason is that I'm a bit in doubt whether I should try to port piCorePlayer to Beaglebone black, and I have the following thoughts on the matter: 1. I'm not sure if I can make it happen, it depends on how easy it will be to have microcore linux running on the BBB. Maybe you could help here as you have a BBB card, you could go to the microcore forum and try the armv7 microcore version http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/board,56.0.html . If you manage to get it running, then I will port piCorePlayer as well. 2. I have seen interest in the BBB in the CSOS thread, and we are as you know using the same player (Squeezelite). I know that that the people behind the CSOS are much more talented than me, so if they are going that route then I think you will get a better player than piCorePlayer and therefore we should not waste time and energy in porting the piCorePlayer to BBB. 3. I do not know if there are DACs available already for the BBB - maybe you can provide info on that. In short the first hurdle is to get microcore linux running on the BBB - so if all off you having a BBB board and interest in piCorePlayer would start looking into this we could start the process. The people at the micrcocore forum are friendly people, so I'm sure the will help if you run into problems. The next issue is that I will have to get a BBB board - but from where? Steen It would also be interesting to know your opinion on this issue - should we stick to the raspberry or should we also have a piCorePlayer for the BBB? piCorePlayer a small player for the Raspberry Pi (25MB in RAM).
