"-r 192000 -u X" are the squeezelite cmdline options you'll want. But I
don't know how you'd input them from the pico web interface. And b) you
might want to limit to 96k. It's asking a lot for the Pi to upsample
real-time to 192k. You might encounter a few glitches or more (with
output to a USB port). HDMI, it might be fine. Maybe less overhead, not
sure. Try it at 192000 and then fall back to 96000, if you have issues.
