Can't believe this is an issue with the distributions - rather than the
stock kernel included in each.  I'm afraid you really need to find what
the differences are between two systems and ask the builders of the
kernels.  Does this happen with other playback app other than
squeezelite, does it happen if you disable mmap with -a :::0
