Cool, I'm interested. Any option for simultaneous analog/digital
output?

Yes, you can start the track wherever you like and still hear the glitch
at -10 seconds before the upcoming track. Just be sure the music lends
itself to notice such things, however it obvious to me. 

I appreciate any troubleshooting efforts, and attempts to rectify. Even
though the analog audio out of the pCP stinks, it is nice to say we have
a cheap SB player replacement "straight out of the box" (without adding
DACs), so to speak.
