Do you have vortexbox 2.2 or 2.3 ? You need to have 3 instances of VB Player (VB2,2) or 3 instances of SqueezeLite (VB2.3) running . Each zone will then be its own player . That you of-course can synchronise the players (if you want the same music in 2 or 3 place ) as you can with any other squeezebox.
