Vortex box has the ability to run several instances of squeezelite at
the same time , provided that you have outputs for them for example two
or more USB dac's .

OP wants to use his 6 ch sound card as 3 separate stereo outputs to
diffrent zones . And reading the VB forum several people has done that
successfully .

its seems complicated and you probably have to understand more than a
bit about your sound-card and Alsa and LInux in general . Which i don't
do .

OP had also cut and pasted some solution that worked for probably
completely different hardware to his asound.conf file ? ?

*More info on the hardware is needed .

*OP must get some knowledge on his own about Alsa too ,otherwise his
depending that someone with exactly the same Asrock PC and VB2.3 already
done it .

I think its a bit to complex for remote help unless you are really good
and want a really long tread .
