I'm running 2.3 on my system. The Idea is to get total 4 Zones with 4 Roomnames and indpendent LMS Players for each zone. The Amplifieres I use do have signal sense so they turn on as soon the audio signal arrives.
So if i would be able to split the onboard 5.1 Soundcard i would have already 3 Stereo out from there, then i put an PCI-E soundcard in to the system to get the Last Zone running.
