Once again I try to get help in this forum. I still have a problem with the piCore-Player 1.18b to be detected by the Logitech Media Server as an available Player. It simple does not work every time, when I power up the piCore. I tried all combinations: - LMS running already and power up the piCore later (works the first time in 50% of the cases) - starting LMS when the piCore has already booted (works in most of the cases) I could detect an improvement from 1.18a to 1.18b. I also tried to connect with the Edimax Stick, use the Ethernet-Cable to connect with a WiFi client. The result was the same, sometimes it works sometimes not. I made some protocol of the Network traffic with WireShark and on that logs sometimes the piCiore does not talk at all. In the cases it works, I can see a package from the piCore's IP adress and the answer from the LMS and after that everything's fine. But unfortunately this doesn't happen in all cases.
For yourinformation, I have s synology diskstation 209 with the LMS. The diskststation is connected (LAN) to the cable Fritz-Box 6360. The Fritz-Box provides the WLAN. The piCore is in another room connected with a WLAN client from TP-Link. The WLAN connection is good enough.
