IMHO Buffer settings are to small, just leave the standard value and adding server ip can also help. Try another alsa parameters 80:4:24:0, 80:4:24:1, 80:4:32:0 and 80:4:32:1 and for output try "hw:CARD=DAC" Change only one parameter, than restart squeezelite and make a soundcheck, than change another parameter and, and and ... How long can be the player name ?
