I have not tried that before, so thanks for the suggestion.  Odd that it
would be a power problem?  I'm using a very capable power supply, and it
of course has no problem being accessed via web browser.

What are the standard buffer settings?  Previously, that buffer field
was blank, and was causing a drop-out exactly 10 seconds before the end
of each track.  Changing to 512:512 solved this.  What is your
recommendation?  What is meant by "adding server IP"?

I will also experiment with the alsa parameters you listed.
