I have not tried that before, so thanks for the suggestion. Odd that it would be a power problem? I'm using a very capable power supply, and it of course has no problem being accessed via web browser. praganj wrote: > IMHO Buffer settings are to small, just leave the standard value and > adding server ip can also help. > Try another alsa parameters 80:4:24:0, 80:4:24:1, 80:4:32:0 and > 80:4:32:1 and for output try "hw:CARD=DAC" > Change only one parameter, than restart squeezelite and make a > soundcheck, than change another parameter and, and and ... > How long can be the player name ? Anybody knows ? What are the standard buffer settings? Previously, that buffer field was blank, and was causing a drop-out exactly 10 seconds before the end of each track. Changing to 512:512 solved this. What is your recommendation? What is meant by "adding server IP"? I will also experiment with the alsa parameters you listed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SamS's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9261 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97803 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
