Greg, just repeated the update with a second RPi, this one has a HiFiBerry DAC. The procedure was : 1. Update pCP 2. SqueezeLite tab, save the selected Audio Output. 3. ReBoot . The green LED on the HiFiBerry DAC came on and it was playing. Perhaps in the Notes (that appear when you click the "more>" you could add another bullet point saying "When the update has completed, select SqueezeLite Settings then confirm your Audio Output settings, click "Save" and then click "Reboot".
