Does it mean that e.g a conversion rule like: [flac] -dcs $START$ $END$ -- $FILE$ | [sox] -D -q -t wav - -t flac -e signed -C 0 -b 24 - rate -v -I -b 98 96000 is no longer needed with your patch and can be changed to e.g. [flac] -dcs $START$ $END$ -- $FILE$ | [sox] -D -q -t wav - -t wav -e signed -C 0 -b 24 - rate -v -I -b 98 96000 IF so, I think it's great. I wouldn't have a problem to see that patch in the main SL tree. ;) BTW. Why don't you guys put a short instruction how to clone the respective branch to a README .
