John, I'm not sure what you are doing exactly, but the normal procedure to program the FLIRC is as follows (be sure to erase the configuration first): - Choose full keyboard in the FLIRC program; - Click the key you want to program on the virtual keyboard (see _this_link (\"http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/SqueezePlay#Keyboard_shortcuts\")_ for a list of JiveLite keyboard shortcuts available). E.g click on the h-key to program the home keyboard shortcut; - Press the button on the remote you want to correspond to this keypress. E.g press the home button on the remote to finish the above h-key example. Easiest way to see which button on the remote produces which keypress is to open Notepad and press some buttons on the remote. Only thing which is not supported is a press-and-hold action. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ kolossos4730's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63988 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97803 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
