What equipment did you measure this with, I notice you have a PF reading
?

I'm building a Network player/amp with picoreplayer RPi2 with Meanwell
RS-15-5 and 2 (possibly 4) x 300ASC ICEPower amps and would like to
measure the "Off" quiesent and "On" power as well
