Tony, I do not have a HiFiBerry AMP so I am not able to test this but according to the specs it only supports 44100kHz *and* 48000kHz. So I would enter 44100,48000 in the 'Max sample rate' text box. There is no information about the maximum bit depth supported but you could try adding 16 as the third 'ALSA setting' parameter e.g. 80:4:*16*: to restrict the sample format to 16 bit.
