This is not a very simple thing to do. You may have the control side (Port 9000) of the LMS set up so you can access it from outside your network as have I, But the only real way to achieve connection of picore to a remote LMS is via a VPN tunnel. I don't think piCore can support an openvpn client (maybe it can) but its not trivial.
