Thanks for that, Martin.
Guess then a Pi3 is not really required in my case and I could live
happily with a Pi2.

My NAS "use case" is limited for storing the music and some movies.
Nothing else ..even no access to the "outside".

I also thought to get a pi3 - in case I won't use it with pCP - for
using with Kodi but even here I'm hesitating after reading something
that the Pi3 gets really hot (around 80c). Not sure if this is healthy
for a longer period.
Need to dig a bit deeper into this topic.
