I have some questions for Sckramer. Why did you choose to set the DC power to the DAC+Pro to 5.0V ? Instead you can select 3.3V and bypass the regulator ADP150.
Is it a good idea to bend all the GND pin of the PI3 GPIO in order to separate the power supply between the PI3 and the DAC+Pro board ? At this time i have done your HifiBerry Dac+ PRO Power MOD Part 2 with very good result. Also i have just received a Allo KALI Reclocker, but i need help to put my DAC in slave mode.I am using Moode 2.7 Thank's for sharing your work, it is helpfull for me.:) Sorry for my poor English..............
