0. Yes, it's definitely DASH. 1. It happens on both live and listen again streams. Both in iPlayer and Extra. 2. I've just installed LMS on the PCP. Same thing, although it took a bit longer (a couple of minutes) before the stream got stuck. When it is stuck, also the local PCP LMS becomes inaccessible.
