Right now I believe that you can only get the 45/49MHz version. But even
if the 22/24MHz edition was still available, I can't really see a reason
for getting that one. The 9023 preferrs faster clocks anyway (as long as
they're not faster than 50MHz).

Since your DAC has its own power input and Kali requires 5V to function,
so you're OK with powering the Kali with 5V and your DAC the way you're
powering it right now.
