There are no special partitions. Windows doesn't recognize the ext4 format of the 2nd partition, but that shouldn't stop win32diskimager. Any disk imager shouldn't care what the data is. even if it is reading past a normal partition, there should still be valid data. ...a CRC error is more likely a problem with the physical card.
