After sending the reboot command, the pi hangs (no login possible)

BTW: You are the first one I remember that reported pCP resize command
not working!!
I also never had any problem when resizing - I must have done it a hundred
times already, but never with  a 128 GB card.

You normally can't see the second partition on Windows 10.
You can't see its content, but you can see it is there (a window pops up
telling you that Drive X is not formatted). But after the resizing, the
partition doesn#t show up any longer.
