This is to report that thanks to a PM correspondance with Paul in the team, I finally solved the problem I reported last week.
The trick that made the wifi connection work again was to use the "Update" button at the bottom of the main page on the web interface (In beta mode). By updating the base extension and rebooting the RPi, my wifi connected. Thank you very much to the team and forum members for helping solve this issue!
