I blame Paul Webster. I don't yet have a fully functional screensaver, but I do now have a script that will start or stop an instance of Squeezelite on the internal audio interface (the 3.5mm jack on the back or the internal speaker) and will start or stop a separate instance that uses the USB interface. I can even have both running at the same time, and as with all Squeezebox players, they can be synchronised or playing different playlists. It's a bit weird having the Joggler playing two different things.
I just need to make an Applet that calls this script with the appropriate arguments. 'Just'.
