You can have both. You can start a second copy of Squeezelite via the 'User Commands' section under 'Tweaks'. It's up to you which one you configure as the primary copy and which one is the 'User Tweaks' copy. To get the correct form of the command to paste into the 'User Commands' section, there is a 'Squeezelite command' option in the Squeezelite settings: set one up, copy the command string and paste it into the User Commands section, then set up the second one. A few things to keep in mind though. - Make sure you use the option to specify the MAC address. If you run more than one copy of Squeezelite they have to have different MAC addresses. - The pCP interface won't tell you anything abut the second copy - when it says 'Squeezelite is running' it's referring to the primary copy that is configured under 'Squeezelite Settings'. - If the Bluetooth device isn't available at boot, Squeezelite won't start. That's a problem if you configure the Bluetooth device as the copy in the "User Commands' section - there isn't an easy way to 'restart' that copy. However, the pCP interface allows you to restart (the primary copy of) Squeezelite from the 'Main Page', so you'd be able to turn on the bluetooth device, let it connect (or use the 'Card Control' section on the Squeezelite page to connect it), then restart Squeezelite. In that case your Hifiberry copy of Sqeezelite would be the secondary copy configured under 'User Commands' ------------------------------------------------------------------------ chill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10839 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110642 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
