Strike that - swapping back to the 'line out' version (but keeping the same SD card), I'm seeing the same sluggishness in the pCP Squeezelite page, and the same tendency for the output device to show Analog and give me only a truncated list of devices to choose from. So no evidence of any difference between the boards.
