My setup is all x86, and I have no real experience of what would need to be 'build' for Arm. Would need a bit of assistance with that if it ever got that far.
If an image should do it for all, then it'll become difficult. We do provide binaries for some platforms. But you'd have to pick a combination of Perl version and OS that would be available on both platforms. Or you built binaries during deployment - which would flood the container with dev tools.
