That is an indicator from your Pi that it is not getting enough power (electricity). You could try turning a few things off to see if it makes enough of a difference (e.g. HDMI) - or consider powering the screen and Pi from different power supplies (check first to make sure that there would not be any issues with back-powering the Pi from the screen while also powering it from the regular socket ... or get a more powerful power supply.
