Hi Greg, thanx for your help. ALSAlevelout is set to "Custom" but unfortunately executing those commands does not solve my issue: alsamixer setting does not seem to survive a couple of reboots and volume goes down to 39 again. Strangely it seems to survive a single reboot, but not twice.
