It creates a new squeezelite instance.... (It does not use settings from the squeezelite page) Look for "My speaker F010" in LMS.
The only thing that I see it the log is that squeezelite is not connecting to your LMS server.....where is your LMS server running? Or squeezelite is crashing due to some other issue.
