Well, I don't use pCP, and I don't know what mount options your remote
file system would have.

I have found, sometimes, that interpretation of file names can depend on
character set/utf8 options passed at time of mounting, as well as the
current user locale. And perhaps even the LMS locale/language setting.

So it is just a long shot that there may be some character set set up
issue that you are encountering as a result of subtle set up differences
between your pi3 and pi4. But I'm not sure why that would completely
miss files. Your log did show signs of trouble with the apostrophe, but
that was only for a few files.
