Qobuz loads fine for me, but I don;'t have an account to setup credentials. I would have to guess something in the Qobuz Cache or settings is not right. Might try to remove the plugin, then delete anything qobuz related in /usr/local/slimserver/Cache/.... and /usr/local/slimserver/prefs/plugin/..... Then reinstall Qobuz.
