I just read the a small part of the GNU rules

6(d) of GPLv3 or over here

If you provide binaries you also have to provide (make available) the
source code incl. libs.
Preferably on the same server according to GNU.

I am not that knowledgeable about GNU.
To be on safe the side you'd better have a closer look at it. Just add
the sources.

Background:
I am currently looking into the LocalPlayer plugin. That's a mess
regarding licensing.
The whole plugin  should actually be taken out for the time being.
Anyhow. Using your binaries with added GNU compliance (sources) could 
bring the plugin back into the game.
