Sorry, My stupidity as well. Later I realised what you were getting at and so deleted the post. Legals terms have changed over time and maybe things have not kept pace. I think LMS tar balls have been distributed with binaries for flac, faad but I think does not include the sources for flac, faad in its tarball. Is this wrong ?
