thank you for the info, especially specifics. The IT stuff is not my
strong suit.

Any other thought (from anyone) on how to make this easier, as close to
turn key as possible? I do not use the auto-rescan plugin, but decided
to enable it on the prototype and it seems to work. This way he can just
copy files to a network location set to his music, and not have to worry
about invoking a scan.

Any other simplifications? I use material to flag me when an update to
LMS is available, then go to the pCP UI to update. Is there an easier
way? An auto update for either pCP or LMS?
