Notepad is not the best tool for such things. Youve probably introduced some line breaks into the file which cant be seen when youve posted the contents here. Get a copy of Notepad++ (youll see the difference straight away) and have a look at a non working playlist or one that contains good and bad tracks. Are there extraneous characters or line breaks in the wrong place!
