All I can say is RAM, RAM, RAM. You NEED at least 128 MB to really operate properly, and I'd strongly suggest 256 MB. Of course, that's a pretty cheap upgrade these days. Barring that, as long as the iMac has a decent sized hard drive, I forsee no issues. Of course, I have absolutely no experience firing up php or mysql :) under OSX, so I have no idea how that would go. But you're doing fine from a hardware standpoint. If it's one of the sub-300MHz iMacs, it might be a little sluggish, but that's subjective....
