I get my memory from OWC too, right now they are $25.99 USD for non-EDO 
(OWC5MD128MB) and $26.75 USD for EDO (OWC5MD128MBE).

I'm running Jaguar on my 7300/450Mhz G4 XLR8 Mach Carrier MPE/336MB 
(that includes two OWC 128MB sticks of memory).
