It will be noticable, but not as much as getting the cache running, 
and it depends on the setup. For instance, the 17" monitor running at 
1024x768, 100 Hz, attached to an ATi Radeon 7000 is noticably faster 
than the 15" monitor running at 832x624 75 Hz attached to the 
built-in video port with 4 MB VRAM in my 8500. OTOH, the 17" monitor 
running at 1152x870, 75Hz attached to an ATi XClaim VR 128 is not 
much faster than the 14" monitor running at 640x480, 67 Hz attached 
to the Rage Pro-based built-in video port with 6 MB of VRAM in my 
Beige G3.
