Open Apple Tab has always moved you forward through applications, it has been that way since 8.x something or other. In 10.1.x Shift Tab Open Apple moved backwards through applications, however, when I upgraded to 10.2.x I lost the ability to move backwards with Shift.
Anyone know more?
