Sven, from the content of your message I'm confused... help me out
you are trying to install "10.2" right? on what type of hard drive?
give me a
"brand name and model" and is this drive connected to a controller card
or connected to the motherboard directly? Why are you not using
Apples Disk Utility (Drive setup) you do have a Apple CD don't you?
preferably 9.1 boot from the disk.. format the drive.. forget about FWB
or CHARIS drive setups, use Xpostfacto and use a version thats
not quite "new" the newer versions of XPF like ATI cards. say 2.2b14
because of that IXmicro card, also what driver version are you using
with that video card? is it up to date? Go to OWC Computing
(macsales.com) their "tech center" for ixmicro drivers.
Oh, you have no other drives connected right? Good Luck, Phil
