"Page Sender" allows you to send faxes via the web to Efax or another
fax-forwarding service, or to an e-mail address (as attachment, of
course) or via modem to a fax machine (as in the good ol' days).

I think it is fundamentally similar to cocoa efax, but a bit more
advanced in its development and slightly more expensive.
