Setting CPU speed

I've a ZIF carrier and a 550 G4 in my PowerTower Pro.  I heard that 
you can get away with running it at 450 and setting the bus speed as 
50 (x9 multiplier).  Should I do this or run it at 405 with the 
actual bus speed of 45?
