first partition has to be less than 8 gigs. for example 5gb and 4gb. if you don't do this it will never work.
They are all SCSI drives so there is no need to partition them to install OS X. LVD will cause problems with OS X do to termination issues. Make sure both the hard drives are in the middle of the SCSI chain and the last device is terminated.
Also having a device connected to the external SCSI port will cause problems for installation, but not for operation.
I would make sure the CD drive is the last drive and it is terminated with the two LVD drives in the middle of the chain unterminated. If that still will not allow you to install, you might need to disconnect one of the LVD drives during the install.
