Does anyone have any info on the ATi Radeon 9200 128 MB PCI Mac version video card that was quietly announced at MWSF? Will it be or is the PC version compatible with our "unsupported" systems and if so do any of you folks have speculation on possible video performance improvements or pitfalls over say the 7000 series?

I've been watching this with interest. All we know is ATI is planning a 128 Radeon 9000 based Mac PCI card. Also that it was shown at Mac World. So we don't even know what model number it will be just the above info. There is lots of interest but no info yet from ATI. My guess is it will be over priced for most people running older machines. I can't see any reason for this new card unless it is more powerful. Just checked a couple of website including ATI and no info yet.
Where did THIS info come form? I WANT this now for HALO. I would pay the $$. I have oh, say, FIVE times already with the RADEON 7k...
