I just hit ctrl+shift+r and then remove all the personal emails. I don't
like users getting 2 copies of the email. In thunderbird, you can also
set your reply-to as the list as well.

In response to the reply-list setting we have decided that we will not
modify that setting. If you would like to see this changed it will have
cost you extra $$$$ :) (joke).
