I just hit ctrl+shift+r and then remove all the personal emails. I don'tlike users getting 2 copies of the email. In thunderbird, you can also set your reply-to as the list as well.
There is no need to remove the personal email address. Mailman has a setting that ensures that users only receive one copy (that can be toggled within each user's own preferences).
